Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens — plans change, emergencies come up, and sometimes you just can’t make it. That said, our time together is intentional, personalized, and reserved exclusively for you, so we ask that you honor it with advance notice. 📅 Appointment Changes & Cancellations • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 100% service fee. 💳 How Charges Work • A card on file is required to hold all appointments. • If a late cancellation or no-show fee applies, your card will be charged automatically. • Fees go directly toward compensating reserved time that could not be filled. ⏱ Why This Policy Matters Your appointment time is uniquely yours — your treatment, space, and dedicated attention are reserved specifically for you.
